OUR BAKERY PRODUCTS
I have a food allergy; can I still eat OH MY CANDY?
We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While we do have select products that do not contain wheat or nuts, all of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and soy may be present in high volumes. Due to the presence of these allergens at all of our baking facilities, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts, dairy or eggs.

Please review the details on each product page for our recommended serving sizes. Sizing for our most popular items can also be found below.
Cakes
– 3-layer 6″ cake, 6-8 people
– 2-layer 9″ cake, 10-15 people

Storage and handling instructions can be found within each product’s description online. OH MY CANDY baked goods are meant to be enjoyed as soon as possible. We bake the old-fashioned way, without the use of preservatives or stabilizers. We’ve also included our most popular items’ storage instructions below.
Cakes:
You may keep a cake in your freezer until you’re ready to serve it for up to 7 days after pick up. When you’re ready to serve your cake, remove the cake from the freezer. Remove all the packaging and thaw at room temperature for 5-6 hours. Our cakes are best served at room temperature as it creates a rich, moist and delicious dessert. If you plan on storing any part of your cake after serving, we recommend placing it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 48 hours.
Cupcakes:
You may keep cupcakes in your freezer until you’re ready to serve them for up to 7 days after pick up. Before serving, remove the cupcakes from the freezer. Let the cupcakes stand at room temperature for 3-4 hours before enjoying. Our cupcakes are best served at room temperature as it creates a rich, moist, and delicious dessert. If you plan on storing the cupcakes after thawing, we recommend placing them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 48 hours.
For pick up orders, our cupcakes are made without preservatives and should be enjoyed on the same day. We specialize in old-fashioned baked goods, made from scratch and baked in small batches throughout the day, using only the finest ingredients. If you plan on storing Cupcakes overnight, tightly wrap the box in plastic wrap and leave at room temperature.
Do you have any products that are Gluten-Free?
Unfortunately, we don't. All of our products are produced in facilities where gluten is present, so we do not recommend consuming products from Oh My Candy if you are gluten-intolerant.
ON LINE ORDERS
Do you offer returns, refunds or exchanges for online orders?
Advanced Orders (Local Pick-Up Only):
We do not refund any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of your chosen pick-up time. This includes order changes for future dates.
In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please contact CANDICE@OHMYCANDY.CA . Our policy is to have any request for a return, refund or exchange submitted within five (5) days of original purchase date and an original proof of purchase will be required for any resolution. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible. Each issue is handled on a case-by-case basis.
ADVANCED ORDERS FOR LOCAL PICK UP
Can I place an advance order for pick-up or delivery?
You sure can! We offer advance local pick-up orders. You can plan ahead and place an order up to 60 days in advance online. If you’re interested in local delivery, please contact your local bakery directly to place your order over the phone. We do not accept local delivery orders via our online advance ordering.
Do you customize advanced orders for local pick-up or delivery?
We love celebrations and know how important it is to customize your party cakes and cupcakes. For local pick-up orders placed online, we offer some customizations like select decorations. For additional customization options or specific requests, please fill out THIS FORM and a member of our team will be in touch with you directly.
How will I know you received my advanced order?
It’s a piece of cake: We’ll send you an email confirmation with all of your order details and a confirmation number after your order is placed. Please ensure your e-mail address is correct when placing your order. If you have not received your confirmation order, please check your Spam and/or Junk folders. If you need further assistance, please e-mail CANDICE@OHMYCANDY.CA and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Can I make changes to my advanced order for local pick-up?
No problem! All changes – limited to cancelling the order or removing item(s) – to advanced orders for local pick-up must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your requested pickup time. We cannot accommodate same-day changes. If you need to make a change to your advanced order, you can e-mail CANDICE@OHMYCANDY.CA with your order confirmation and details and someone from our team will be happy to assist you. You can also reach out directly to the bakery you intend to pick up from by calling the number listed on the locations page.
If you would like to add an item or items to your existing advanced order, we recommend you place a new order for the additional advanced pick-up item(s).
When will I know my advanced order is ready?
Your confirmation email will include your pre-selected pick-up time. If anything changes, we’ll update your order in our system and you’ll receive an e-mail or phone call. If you need it a bit earlier than initially requested, please e-mail CANDICE@OHMYCANDY.CA with your newly requested time/date.
How do I cancel my advanced order?
We understand that things change sometimes. If you need to cancel your order, please e-mail CANDICE@OHMYCANDY.CA or contact the bakery at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up time. We cannot cancel advanced orders within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
